Thank you to everyone who visited our stand at the Leipzig Bookfair. We had a great four days, and were overwhelmed by the positive response to our posters.

Astonishment, disbelief and laughter were typical reactions. As one gentleman said whilst contemplating the entirity of Georg Büchner’s life’s work: “eerily beautiful”.

Next week we’re at the Leipzig Bookfair!

In our roomy 5 sq/m booth we’ll be displaying all of our posters, and might even serve an occasional hand-pumped espresso.

We’re also happy to announce the launch of four brand new titles!

Thanks to everyone who’s been in touch to ask about James Joyce’s “Ulysses”. To set matters straight, we have not made a poster version of Joyce’s masterpiece, as it is still protected by European copyright.
The text is due to enter the public domain in 2012, and meanwhile, the estate of James Joyce is notorious for its aggressive defence of copyright (see here, here and here).

Whilst we were delighted to be featured in Deutsche Bahn’s customer magazine, Mobil, the article was a little misleading on this point. We used “Ulysses” as a proof-of-concept in the early stages of project development, before settling on other titles for actual production. 

A little patience though: in 12 months we will review the situation again!

A big thanks to all our customers and to everyone who’s shown so much interest in our work over the last few weeks! We’re looking forward to 2011, and have some great things planned for the coming months. A peaceful new year to you.

Thursday 16th December at 12pm (noon) is the last point at which we can accept orders and still guarantee delivery before Christmas in Germany. So if you're still looking for a Christmas gift, it's time to get your skates on!

Orders arriving after noon on Thuraday will of course still be processed, but with no assurance of Christmas delivery.
